Video creation
Unless you provide us your own images, footages, and MP3, we will use royalty free images and/or video footages to create the video.

Please upload your images, footages, MP3, logo, and text script in a zipped file.
Enter details of your company, your offer, and special instructions in the text box.
This will help us identify your needs and avoid misunderstanding.
For best results, images provided should be in HD quality

NOTE: For ad or video creation, We accept only one project at a time on the order page. This help us to keep things organized for each project.

If you would like to order more than one ad or video creation project, please click on the service and order again.

For video creation, the finished video will be created according to your instructions. Please kindly provide clear and detailed instructions to us.

Max length of finished video is 5 minutes but it varies depending on how long the video scripts you provide.

Project Timeline
Most projects will be completed within 24 to 48 hours. Video creation may take up to 4 days.
We normally work on several client projects at on first come – first serve basis.
If you have a project deadline, please let us know.

Communication
We use email as our main means of communication.
This helps us to keep things in order and to keep track of project details.

Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our services, ExcellonMedia does not issue refunds for any reason.
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
